New Investment Company - Raleigh, NC - November 2008

Ron and one his mentoring students of four years team up with two experienced executives with whom Ron has had a strong professional relationship in other ventures to capitalize on real estate investment opportunities in key strategic areas of Raleigh, NC. The company will focus on upper end investments in key growth areas, both residential and commercial. The senior management staff brings a collective experience base of nearly 100 years in real estate, marketing, business management, and finance. This company is another win-win example of how Ron is employing both time and knowledge leverage by surrounding himself with others of outstanding capabilities and character in a mutually beneficial endeavor.

Record Profits - Rocky Mount, NC - November 2008

Key Property Investments, LLC, founded by Ron Pate in 2002, and the parent company of several companies active in the Nash/Edgecombe county areas of NC, posts record operating profits in 3Q 2008. Ron explained, "The uptick in operating income and free cash flows has been primarily from the increase of rental demand in light of recent economic events, as well as our working through a substantial backlog of well positioned blanket acquisitions from 2007 and 2008." The company continues to renovate single and multi-family properties as it increases its substantial residential portfolio, focusing on providing well maintained, quality housing to its client base. Ron is one of the managers responsible for charting the path of this company's development of Advanced Metering Infrastructure, the technology that will support the emerging smart grid, allowing the industry to form the foundation of the electric grid which will change the life of all those in this country and that will ensure the aging and highly strained electrical system in the United States can survive the exponential demands being placed upon it. Ron's book Leverage: A Key to Success and Wealth enters its 3rd printing in 3Q 2008. This book offers excellent and seldom realized insights into how the wealthy and super successful achieve extraordinary financial, professional, and personal success. Even though Ron has not yet endeavored to promote the book actively, sales continue to increase steadily numerous lives have been changed because of this work and many have have written to the publisher comparing this to one of the classics.
